The Choetech Type-C to 4K HDMI adapter can connect a laptop or computer with USB-C connection to a separate monitor / HDTV / projector with HDMI input, which support a UHD resolution up to 4K @ 60Hz. To achieve the maximum UHD 4K resolution, it is important that both the HDMI 2.0 cable and the monitor support a resolution of 4K @ 60Hz. If your type-C computer supports 4K @ 60Hz but the connected monitor does not, there will be a maximum 4K @ 30Hz output.
